A healthy woman is one whose sexuality is not used to get something out of another person but instead is used to bring pleasure to both parties. She is not just a body for a man to use but an individual with her own feelings and emotions.
A healthy woman also needs to be mentally strong. She needs to be able to think clearly and logically. She needs to be able think rationally and be able to make sound decisions. She needs to be able control her emotions and be able to keep her cool under pressure. She needs to be able keep a clear head when things don’t go her way.
A healthy woman needs to be able to be independent. She needs to be able able to take care of herself and be able to look after herself. She needs to be able be able to cook, clean and even do the laundry. She needs to be able manage her finances and be able to make sure she has money for everything she needs.
A healthy woman knows how to relax and unwind. She is able to enjoy life without feeling guilty or like she is missing out. She is able to enjoy her family and friends without having to spend all her time working. She is able to enjoy the little things in life and appreciate them. She is able to have fun and laugh and enjoy herself.
A healthy woman doesn’t expect others to change their behavior towards her. She understands that she is a human being and that they too have their own problems. She understands that they may be dealing with some personal issues themselves and that they may not be able to give her what she wants. She is able to accept this and is able to move on.
A healthy woman has the ability to be able to cope with stress and not let it affect her. She is able to deal with difficult situations and not let them get to her. She is able to be able to smile and be happy despite her circumstances.
A healthy woman accepts that there are going to be times when she will have to put up with bad behavior from other people. She is able to forgive these people and forget about them. She is able to accept that other people will not always behave in the right way. She is able to understand that other people have their own problems and that they are not perfect. She is able to understand other people’s point of view and not try to force them into behaving the way she wants them to.
